sePTeMber-OcTobeR 2011

Let’s see if we can’t cruise through September and October.

September was all about “back to school” and getting into the rhythm of things.  We finished out soccer and tried to establish our routine/ schedule.  We were a bit crazy, especially with all the school activities.  D also decided to have PRK surgery on his eyes and I began volleyball.

And October, of course, was filled with all things Halloween.

Other than that, we had dentist appointments, D’s career move (working from home now), field trips, volunteering at M’s school, conference, trips to Poky and emergency eye surgery, parades (as in, we were in one) , and the start of basketball for M, with D coaching.

And it. FLEW. by!!

Mr. Mom not only went with C on her field trip to “this is the place,” he also took the baby so mom could have the afternoon alone!  Then he took all these great pics on his phone and sent them to me while I was out shopping!!

At the end of October, we had a surprise visit from the Webers! (most of them anyway).

We crammed as much fun as we could into the less-than-24-hr visit with them down here, before we had to take them to the airport.

We even celebrated our little man’s bday with them here (next post).

After working on his party all day, someone  (who will remain nameless) broke the lens on my camera, leaving me with only my phone for pics of all my hard work, and of Halloween.  Grrr.  Well, at least I don’t have a picture overload problem!!!
